- Includes removal of existing gas appliance if an applicable electric replacement is provided.

- Includes STC Rebate for applicable upgrade items.

- Applicable State government rebate schemes to be calculated and quoted on a per job basis.

- Any electrical upgrade works and out of scope items to be priced separately.

- Includes removal and disposal of existing applicable gas appliance

- Includes STC rebate (if applicable). Applicable state government incentive rebates to be included and calculated in final quote once works have been scoped.

- Excludes electrical supply capacity assessment, safety assessment and any reporting required for package approval.

- Electrical and hydraulic connections greater than 10m from utility source will incur an additional installation fee

- Excludes Domestic Builders Insurance.

- Excludes the assessment and removal of any asbestos or other hazardous materials/latent conditions.

- Excludes freight charges for non-metro areas

- Excludes any power upgrades required to facilitate package works including and not limited to:

o Three phase power upgrades

o Switchboard upgrade

o Meter box upgrade

o Consumer mains supply upgrade and associated works infrastructure
