Program Objective

The initiative supports the Victorian Government’s Gas Substitution Roadmap and the Victorian Energy Efficiency Act 2007 (VEET Act), helping drive the transition toward a net-zero future. It aims to

  • Build Victoria’s energy workforce to support long-term sustainability.

  • Pilot and expand solutions that accelerate the shift to all-electric homes.

  • Extend access to Community Housing Organisations, representing more than 9,000 owned or leased properties that provide long-term, transitional, or crisis accommodation across Victoria.
